Job Title: Project ManagerJob DescriptionThe Project Manager for Project Leapfrog will lead strategic execution, project management, and governance, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful delivery. This role includes feasibility and risk analysis, managing resources and budgets, and regular reporting. The Project Manager will align project milestones with business objectives, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely outcomes.Responsibilities
Project Governance and Leadership: Support governance for Project Leapfrog, including updates to the Commercial Leadership Team (CLT) and project sponsors, and prepare materials with project leadership. Facilitate alignment across teams to streamline project operations.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop, track, and manage the project plan, budget, and timeline to meet key milestones, supporting both sustainment and new therapeutic area (TA) initiatives. Design and oversee change management and communication strategies, ensuring clarity across phases.
Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting: Coordinate with stakeholders across pillars and functions, maintaining communication and providing progress updates. Prepare and present reports for the CLT, sponsors, and core teams, aligning narratives and key updates with program goals.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate critical risks across functions and pillars, ensuring compliance. Address issues proactively, tracking progress and resolving interdependencies for smooth project advancement.
Support for Cross-Functional Task Forces: Drive the creation and chartering of cross-functional task forces to address emerging issues (e.g., global-local content creation, medical-legal compliance).
Essential Skills
Proven experience in managing large, complex projects with multi-team coordination.
Expertise in governance, budget management, and cross-functional team leadership.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
