Seeking 1+ years experience with understanding lean processes. Need someone who is comfortable to give Zoom/in person presentations working from home. Lots of conference calls! Going onsite ater COVID. Role requires a degree.


Open to right out of school with lean experience.
Need to be ale to put presentations together.
Must have people skills to work with different departments.

SOPs - work instructions

Do more with less - find efficiencies and eliminate waste. Solution oriented and analytical.

Assist and support all Lean department functions in order to provide cost effective efficiency improvements/solutions. Work closely within Inventory departments as well as with other departments to support necessary continuous improvement and Lean directives.

Reporting, communications, instructions for all Lean data collection for Part Management, Continuous Improvement initiatives, and more

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Required/Preferred - Associates Preferred
Bachelors Preferred

Required
Experience with Lean processes.1-4 years

CERTIFICATIONS
Lean Certification Preferred
