Together, we can accomplish amazing things.Senior Azure Application Architect, Cloud & DevOps position is a technical leadership position for Application modernization with Microsoft technology background . This position is unique by the nature of the engagements & programs involved – Hands on architect role while being consultative/advisory where required. This role will be pivotal in leading and executing application modernization customer engagements, ensuring the successful transformation of legacy systems into robust, scalable, and modern microservices and serverless solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Azure, .NET, and Microsoft 365. These engagements will typically be delivered for a North America customer or at the customer location, usually North American based. They are expected to have adequate level skills required for complex deliverable-based, fully outsourced, or large-scale engagements or programs and help us lead the delivery effort to a larger cross-functional project/program. This role may require travel. ResponsibilitiesAs a Sr. Azure Application Architect you will Understand the customer's overall applications portfolio, IT and business priorities, and success measures to design robust architectures and solutions (including third-party solutions) using Azure PaaS, DevOps, and Advanced Application coding. Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to guide customers through their modernization roadmap. Architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring the technical feasibility of new projects and successful deployments. Collaborate with other Architects – Platform, Data, Product Owners and other customer stakeholders to develop complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, ensuring that all solutions adhere to the "Well-Architected" framework, exhibiting high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment. Lead Architectural Design Sessions to build an implementation plan aligning with customer business goals and their technical environment. This will result in consensus on solution design and the next steps toward production. Provide thought leadership to executive stakeholders in areas of Cloud Enablement, Application Modernization – Assessments, Rationalization, Migration & Modernization, Devops adoption- design & implementation Leading the technical direction for the teams while hands-on through the implementation of the engagements – Migration, Modernization, Innovation and building intelligent apps.
