Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!A rapidly expanding North American tech leader is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Tax Manager to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the company's tax strategy as they aggressively expand their business scope and product offerings.In this role, you will:

Lead the charge in North American tax planning, optimizing federal and state income taxes for maximum efficiency.

Spearhead the annual transfer pricing analysis and manage quarterly/yearly adjustments, collaborating with external firms and internal HQ Tax teams.

Own tax provision calculations and tax accounting, supporting the Accounting team during annual audits.

Become an expert in federal and local incentives, ensuring compliance and maximizing available benefits.

Navigate sales & use, gross receipt, and franchise taxes across various jurisdictions.

Serve as the primary liaison with tax authorities, responding to inquiries and ensuring full compliance.

Stay ahead of the curve by researching new tax rulings and industry trends.

Bridge the gap between HQ Tax and Finance teams, providing timely updates and recommendations on tax implications.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Taxation

10+ years of corporate tax planning and/or compliance experience, both in public accounting and private industry

Strong communication, collaboration, and multicultural teamwork skills

A thirst for knowledge, resilience, and the ability to thrive in uncertainty

Prior experience in a large multinational company (a plus)

Background with a technology manufacturer (highly desirable)
