-Monitor, maintain and analyze financial transactions from multiple social services programs
-Track revenue and expenditures preparing reports for internal and external use
-Provide advanced grant accounting skills and support to all departments and managers
-Comply with local, State and Federal funding program guidelines
-Financial analysis of all programs with ability to reconcile discrepancies
-Maintain accurate records and support Finance Manager during annual audits
Requirements (
-4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, highly desirable
-5+ years’ experience in non-profit, fund or grant accounting
-Strong knowledge of internal controls and GAAP
-Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook required
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Strong knowledge of IT systems and Accounting Software
-Month-end/quarterly/year-end reports for grower pools and grower payments
-Reconciliations
Requirements
-5+ years of hands-on financial, grower accounting, cost accounting experience in an agricultural, food processing or relevant industry
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience
-Famous software experience is a must
-Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook required
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Brokerage account experience
