Denham Resources has a unique opportunity for an experienced, professional, and performance-driven Senior Accountant. Our client is a premier independent firm that offers CFO type services to entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, executives, and their families.
Description
-Act as primary point of contact and relationship manager for clients, family, and outside providers
-Responsible for timely and accurate monthly/quarterly financial statement to clients and or team manager
-Analyze financial data including broker analysis, construction costs or investment history
-Enter data from bank, credit cards, brokerage to GL
-Review and reconcile accounts, as a team ensuring accuracy
-Accuracy and review of coding, disbursements, and other transactions
-Payrolling, full cycle and data entry
-Special projects as needed by client or team
Requirements
-4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
-4-6 years of hands-on, transactional accounting experience, preferably with individuals or small business
-Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook required
-Excellent professional communication in both written and verbal form
-Ability to multi-task, work in fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
-Work with a team, yet able to be a self-starter with independent working ability
-Must have excellent organizational skills
-Experience with 3rd party payroll systems like Paychex, ADP or others required
-Tech savvy with ability to use multiple software’s and project management platforms
