We’re looking for a hardworking individual to assist our guests and collaborate with our team in providing support to deliver the best experience possible.
We work in multiple states and within a high-paced atmosphere. Additional activities included, but not limited to are as follows:
Effectively managing activities to assist guests with their needs, changes, and questions
Assisting Owner, Manager, and Producers with guest needs
Helping to generate quotes for agents, prospective guests, and existing guests
Supporting renewal efforts to assist reviewing accounts with our guests
Organizing, planning and executing daily activities and routines
Cultivating relationships with existing and prospective clients
Clearly communicating with and advising guests, as well as maintaining a high level of service knowledge
About you:
2+ years of experience and proven track record in service related position
Strong communication and organizational skills
High energy, proactive and results oriented
Self-motivated and ambitious hustler
Property and Casualty Insurance license is a plus!
