-Order entry of new customer orders
-Audit purchase orders
-Process invoices for orders shipped
-Direct phone contact with customers
-Resolve complaints and report any shipping discrepancies to management
-Maintain and update customer files
Requirements
-2 years of customer service/order entry experience in manufacturing or other production company
-High School diploma and at least 1 year of college or equivalent
-Strong knowledge with 10 key, Word and Excel
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Goal orientated, a self-starter and excellent people skills
