Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position in the transport industry for an Accounting Clerk in Fresno, California. The role involves managing various financial and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operation of the accounts department. Responsibilities: Accurately process invoices and maintain up-to-date billing system Handle Account Reconciliations ensuring all financial records are precise Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively Oversee data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for various accounting operations Address customer inquiries, resolving any issues promptly Monitor customer accounts regularly, initiating appropriate actions when needed Use administrative experience to improve departmental procedures and operations.
