Description We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team in Fresno, California. Responsibilities: Utilize various accounting software systems for financial management Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions Perform billing functions and check processing tasks efficiently Manage day-to-day accounting functions to ensure smooth operations Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Maintain accurate records and prepare financial reports Resolve any accounting discrepancies and irregularities Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes and systems Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements Assist in other duties as needed in the accounting department.Requirements Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounting Specialist role or similar position. Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. Candidates should have a strong understanding and experience with Accounting Functions. Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary. Candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is desirable. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are necessary. Must have the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment is beneficial. A solid understanding of financial and accounting principles is required.
