Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist who wants to learn to do more. You will be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.Some duties are listed below:Perform day to day management of all payment cycle activities and provide efficient client service.Track, process and reconcile payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, checks, refund requisitions, etc. in compliance with financial policies & procedures.Ensure correct approval, sorting, coding and matching of invoices/receipts.Prepare and file monthly State Sales/Use Tax reports and Quarterly payments.Regularly tabulate data and compile necessary reports.Continuously improve payment processes.Other duties as requested.Requirements Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Manage Vendor Relationships, Enter Vendor Invoices, High-Volume Invoicing, Account Reconciliation, Account Coding Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
