DescriptionFor a challenging yet rewarding position as a Bookkeeper, apply to the opening Accountemps is looking to fill. This Bookkeeper role requires candidates to be proficient with A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting. If this sounds like you, you may be the candidate this Bookkeeper position requires. This short-term temporary-to-full-time position is a great opportunity for a Bookkeeper who wants to work in the Fresno, California area.Responsibilities
Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits
Manage and review general ledger
Uphold quality historical records by filing documents
Monitor accounts by balancing entries
Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts
Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Put together financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
Command of Accounts Receivable (AR)
General ledger experience
Strong familiarity with account reconciliation
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Experience using accounting software
1+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper
