Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSHang whole birds from belt to overhead shackles.Manually pick up birds by the back, leg or breast and hang onto an overhead shackle up to 34 BPM.Birds that do not meet the quality standards are hung on specific shackle lines.Rotate into: Chick way, WOG, Graders, One leg salvage, Reconditioning, Condensation, and hanging for whole bag fryers or segment lines.
