Aerotek is looking for 200+ Remote Call Center Representatives for a Contract assignment.Description:-Call center supporting California unemployment.Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information by researching, locating, and providing information.Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems.Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions, and forwarding requests.Maintains call center database by entering information.Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures, and reporting malfunctions.Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Additional Skills & Qualifications:-Inbound and outbound calls-Following up on peoples unemployment claims-Answering peoples questions about unemployment-Attention to detail-Problem solving skillsRequirements:Must complete a Typing & Computer Literate testMust have their own equipmentWired headset & Video Cam capability for Zoom callsMust be willing to wire into modem, can not use wifiShifts:Must be open 7am-7pmMon-Fri- Weekend work will be required as neededAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
