Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)  Product grading and packaging – Identify and pack product Into trays or saddle pack that meets product specificationSalvaging – Utilize salvaging techniques to separate bruised, Damaged, mis-cut or diseased chicken/chicken parts.
