Pay Rate: $16.80 per hourShift hours: 1am- 9:30am (Varies)(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)  Utilize knives to debone front halves                                                         Product Grading and Packing- Identify and pack product into trays or bulk product codes that meets product specificationsSalvaging – Utilize salvaging techniques to separate bruised,damaged, mis-cut or diseased chicken/chicken parts.
