Description Robert Half is seeking for a Sales Assistant in the dynamic and detail-oriented services industry. Lead Generation: Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts such as cold calling and digital outreach.

Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand potential clients’ needs, industries, and pain points, identifying opportunities where our services can add value.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.

Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with internal teams to tailor services and solutions to meet client needs and foster sales growth.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to key decision-makers in target organizations.

Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance goals.

CRM & Tools Utilization: Use tools such as ADP - Financial Services, Concur, CRM, Crystal Reports, and About Time to support daily activities, track sales, and maintain accurate records.

Cash Handling & Buying Processes: Ensure precise handling of financial transactions and support buying processes as required.

Customer Support: Manage inbound calls and respond promptly and efficiently to client inquiries.

Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.

The positions are located in Fresno, California. Responsibilities The United States Attorney is seeking experienced attorneys to serve as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Criminal Division of the Fresno Office. The Fresno office has two criminal units: the White Collar Crime Unit and the Narcotics and Violent Crime Unit. Your application will be considered for vacancies in both units but you may indicate a preference in your cover letter. Depending on unit assignment, the Assistant U.S. Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of criminal cases including complex white collar, economic, narcotics and violent crimes. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Required Qualifications: Applicants must possess a J.D. degree, be duly licensed and authorized to practice as an attorney under the laws of a State, territory, or the District of Columbia, and have at least one year of post-J.D. experience. Applicants must be active members in good standing of the bar (any jurisdiction). Ideal qualifications include at least 3-5 years of experience litigating cases with substantial responsibility for all aspects of discovery, trial, and appeals. Preferred Qualifications: Applicants must demonstrate a quick analytical ability and the facility to accurately and precisely articulate the critical issues in a case. Applicants must demonstrate superior oral and writing skills as well as strong research and interpersonal skills, and good judgment.
