Bring marketing strategies to life by creating campaign visions and integrated marketing plans

Engage and collaborate with our in-house creative team, and leverage agile principles in the successful creation and execution of marketing campaigns

Oversee the development of channel activation plans, including a client targeting strategy and customer journey mapping that outlines multi-touch activation points to broaden awareness, deepen engagement, and drive leads/pipeline

Directly engage with local business leaders and other stakeholders on campaign planning and execution

Collaborate with marketers aligned to offerings and industries to integrate content and marketing strategies, delivering One Deloitte to our clients at the local level

Build external marketplace relationships aligning to priority business issues with local/regional industry associations and publications to optimize Deloitte's position in the market across channels. Negotiate favorable terms and measure ongoing impact

Lead local market analysis (competitive, trends and white space) and make recommendations to business stakeholders

Make recommendations on content strategy deployment including derivative content

Review content and creative assets to ensure quality control for all projects against applicable standards

Understand the targeted outcomes and monitor ongoing campaign performance, recommending adjustments as needed

Drive decisions on campaign resources, negotiate SOWs, and determine timelines

Lead post-campaign analysis (ROI) and lessons learned

Collaborate with Public Relations to coordinate a media strategy for local/regional publications

Bring innovative thinking and best practices to all marketing activities

The successful candidate will possess:

Ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders

An understanding of how to communicate priorities, mitigate impacts, and manage multiple technical projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders, and where requirements often change

Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on communications and marketing strategy

Lead junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their growth and development

Coach others on their career development aspirations and facilitate new connections for your coachees to expand their own network and broaden their understanding of the organization

8+ years of experience in Marketing with a focus on Marketing strategy and planning

Candidate will be required to be in the CHICAGO office on a regular basis

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline

Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization.

Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts

Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
