SUMMARY: The Reporting Specialist is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data in the form of reports to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This role involves the creation of accurate, timely, and insightful reports for various departments, ensuring that data is organized, well-documented, and easily accessible. The Reporting Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining reporting systems and tools, ensuring that the information generated is relevant and meets business needs.RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the development of all cost estimates for the program from planning conceptual level to final design and construction cost estimatesFacilitate the development of information used to develop cost estimates with all applicable partiesSupport the review of contractor estimates and claimsDevelop policies and procedures for programmatic cost estimatingCompile data from multiple sources to create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide insights into key business metricsTailor reports to meet the specific needs of all applicable partiesAutomate regular reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiencyImplement data validation and quality control procedures to maintain high data quality standards
