We are currently seeking an Apartment Groundskeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Daily tasks will require cleaning grounds & trash pickup from tree bushes and shrubs, as well as pool area. Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms, and laundry rooms. Must be able to communicate and work well with others.
Responsibilities:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
​Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must have a valid CDL
Be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check
Have reliable transportation
Must have prior Grounds Keeping experience.
