job title: Apartment Maintenance/property grounds keeper.
Great opportunity available for an experienced Maintenance/property grounds keeper (Fresno). You will be working with our 3-apartment properties located in Fresno/Clovis CA, in between 50 - 70 units.
Qualified applicant must have Experience in the Following:
-General apartment maintenance skills to include
Electrical, carpentry, grounds/landscaping,
Kitchen, Bathroom and Plumbing
Counter top installation/repair
Appliance repair and installation
Water Heater repair/Installation
Interior and exterior painting
Experienced turning vacant units
Experience in maintaining property pool
Able to lift minimum of 50lbs.
Completing Work Orders assigned by Property Manager
Completing daily tasks
-Must be able to complete work order forms, take direction, be organized, and possess the ability to effectively communicate with supervisor, owner and residents.
-Availability to participate in an on-call emergency rotation and responds to emergencies after hours as needed.
-Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must have own truck transportation to load water heaters, lumber, drywall Etc.
-We need a person who can work independently while at the same time possessing the ability to use common sense to accomplish the tasks required efficiently and effectively.
-This individual must be able to maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents and fellow employees, as well as have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
- Must be outgoing, hardworking and professional must be reliable, dependable, fast and efficient.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 2:00pm
Saturday: (as needed basis for emergency calls)
Sunday: (as needed basis for emergency calls)
Between 30-35 Hours per week
