Establish Fresno personal injury law firm in practice for over 50 years is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join our busy personal injury practice. Experience in personal injury litigation is required. Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
Duties include: (1) drafting complaints and initial case filing; (2) Propounding & responding to discovery; (3) Calendar deadlines, set up depositions; (4) Maintain communication with clients, experts, doctors, etc. and (5) Preparation of Trial documents.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes: (1) paid vacation (depending on length of employment); (2) medical (50% paid by Firm); (3) profit sharing and/or 401k (employer contributions vary by year) and (4) eligibility for annual discretionary bonus (determined by the partners in their sole discretion).
