Insurance Defense Litigation AttorneyHire Counsel is looking for an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to work REMOTELY in California (except for court appearances) for our premier Insurance Client. The candidate must be able to drive to Fresno, San Diego and Inland Empire as needed if an onsite presence is required. This is a 6+ month project that could very easily go longer. Key points of the role are as follows: Insurance defense, bodily injury defense, personal injury defense, trial/litigation experience as 1st or 2nd chair, deposition experience required, mediations/arbitration experience required.Responsibilities of the Litigation AttorneyRepresents insured and the Company in the defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, and financial cases. Prepares for and conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions. Prepares and argues pre and post-trial motions. Assists colleagues in the resolution of calendar conflicts. Provides counsel to business clients on day to day issues. Provides project management, coordination, and collaboration between legal teams.
