-Conduct market surveys, advertise vacancies, and negotiate lease terms with real estate agents.
-Screen and evaluate prospective tenants.
-Understand and manage commercial lease terms and obligations.
-Collect and manage tenants’ Certificates of Insurance.
-Prepare monthly management reports and budget forecasts.
-Oversee rent collection and utility processing.
-Coordinate with the maintenance team on unit preparation and repairs.
-Manage quarterly/annual testing and compliance.
-Adhere to government laws and company policies.
-Document all work according to the operation manual.
-Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
-Report issues or missed deadlines promptly.
-Provide professional business communications and respect colleagues’ workflow.
-Attend weekly meetings with the manager.
