A mid-sized property management company is looking for a new member of our team. We are currently offering a position perfect for someone possessing previous property management experience with tenant showings, notices and resident relations. The successful candidate would be employed as an on-site manager, with a limited scope of on-site duties and be required to live full time at a medium sized apartment complex in Fresno. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, approachable, with proficient communication and tech skills (phone, text, email, etc.), reporting directly to the owners of the company.
Job Scope:
· Providing unit access for tenant showings and maintenance vendors at the property
· Serve as general eyes and ears of all relevant activity, safety and maintenance related issues
· Availability to be an on-site point of contact for residents, to receive communications and resolve property related issues
Job Experience & Requirements:
· At least 2 years in the field of property management and specifically residential showings and tenant interactions. (Unfortunately, applicants without previous property management experience will not be considered at this property)
· High School Diploma/GED with relevant higher education preferred
· Existing familiarity with applicable Fair Housing laws with an openness to ongoing training
· Presents themselves in a professional, friendly and respectful manner
· Must be available to perform some property related tasks on weekends
· Background check will be required
This position is available immediately. Compensation will be commensurate with experience in the industry. There may be an opportunity to expand this position into more duties within the company at an additional hourly wage.
