Night CleanerAbout the RoleMaintain office building, or other commercial building in clean and orderly condition based on the scope of work on job site assigned to, by performing the following duties :What You'll Do :Essential Functions :Cleaning offices, lobbies, and common areasCleaning and restocking restroomsEmpty trash cans around property, replacing trash bagsCleaning corridors and stairwells.Removing trash, cleaning floors, dusting / wiping down all surfacesVacuuming / sweeping and mopping.Operating walk behind floor cleaning machines (if applicable)Spot clean the lobby glass doors / windowsClean ashtrays, windows, and framesRestocking supplies in, bathrooms, break rooms, and common areasMaintain janitor closets in a clean and organizedMaintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable conditionProficiency in English will enhance your ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues and clients, ensuring smooth operations.Miscellaneous duties as assigned.Skills & ExperienceWhile not mandatory, proficiency in English is highly recommended to perform the responsibilities of this role effectively.
