The ideal candidate has a background in the retail or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry and strong project management skills. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP processes, manage system enhancements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
ERP Management: Leverage your expertise in NAV Central, SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle to manage and optimize ERP systems, troubleshoot issues, and support end-users.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and develop technical solutions.
Project Management: Lead and support ERP-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices, especially as they relate to the retail or CPG industry.
Documentation & Training: Develop detailed documentation, including process flows and training materials, and train end-users on system functionalities and updates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as finance, operations, and supply chain to align ERP functionalities with business goals.

1+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst with hands-on experience in NAV Central, SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle.
Strong project management skills
Background in retail or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
