2nd Shift AssemblersPay: $20.50/hr+Job Description:Company Overview: We specialize in manufacturing custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies, ranging from simple to highly complex designs. We are committed to training individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong capacity for learning.Position Overview: We are seeking Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for our 2nd shift. Assemble custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
Participate in training programs to learn specific processes and achieve IPC-620 class III certification.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and techniques.
Schedule:
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 10:00pm
Training on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks, 8:00am-4:30pm
Qualifications:
Hard Skills: Proficiency in reading and writing English.
Experience in electro-mechanical assembly (electrical wires) is a plus.
Strong ability to learn and apply new skills.
Soft Skills: Positive attitude.
High capacity for learning.
Demonstrated aptitude and capability.
Strong drive and motivation.
Work Environment:
Climate-controlled, air-conditioned facility.
Clean and organized workspace.
Manufacture high-performance cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and interconnect systems for aerospace and defense applications, including SpaceX rockets, Virgin Orbit, and armored military vehicles.
Additional Information:
No lifting requirements.
Extensive training provided, with an expectation of approximately one year to become fully proficient.
The company is expanding from 85 to over 130 employees next year.
