Streamline Construction is looking for an experienced Project Manager to add to our team who are passionate about delivering the best quality healthcare construction projects. Our construction company specializes in healthcare construction and our team members have focused their careers on the healthcare industry and the highly technical and challenging work to make those projects successful.
Position Description:
The Project Manager initiates and coordinates all aspects of the construction process and plays a vital role in making sure all the necessary processes are followed. Responsible for overseeing project development from start to finish. This position is for a project manager who will be managing multiple projects concurrently.
Duties include but not limited to:
Manages multiple projects at various stages of work.
Consults with customers to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structures or renovations, and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs and construction schedules.
Administers construction contracts and conducts progress meetings as driven by the customer to monitor the job’s performance and safety schedule.
Works with the owner to ensure their budget goals are met.
Responsible for managing the financial aspects of the job internally and with sub-contractors.
Responsible for coordinating the billing of jobs and tracking payments from owners.
Works with superintendents to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes.
Demonstrates overall understanding of the project by generating schedules that address the development of the project, including pre-construction, construction, and close out.
Reacts to challenges that can arise from weather or owner requested changes and finds solutions to minimize delay to the project.

Skills & Experience:
Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook a Must (Microsoft Project preferred)
Medical construction experience with experience with OSHPD/HCAI
Project management software experience (Procore is preferred)
Blue beam or adobe acrobat experience is required
3-5 years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager
Knowledge of construction documents (RFI’s, Submittals, Contracts, etc.)
Ability to read Construction Drawings
Strong Communication skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors
Strong computer skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail oriented and dependable.
