Part time Employment for Self Storage and Building Maintenance . ( exterior of Industrial buildings / grounds ) with over 500 rental units. 20 + hours per week working directly with the owner of the facilities. Likes things done his way. Worker should be very thorough with communication accuracy and listening skills. Duties include variety of work including lanscaping , weed spraying, cleaning out abandoned units, dump runs, demolition and building repair, etc.
The more experienced the better. Owner speaks some spanish and has utilized a traslation device in the past.
Typical pay range $22.00 - $27.00/hr depending on experience.
