Veterinary Clinic in Amador County is looking for a full-time M-F 9 to 5 Office Assistant/Client Care Representative to join our team. We are looking for a team player who has the ability to multi-task and detail oriented. Duties include general clerical work, data entry and payment processing, customer service. Job Description
Data Entry (invoice preparation and payment handling)
Maintain and organization of client files
Front desk administration and customer service
Daily errands as needed
Daily Filing to include, client, A/P and reports
Maintain accurate log books
Tracking and ordering of supplies and general inventory
General office duties to include faxing, scanning, using Microsoft Office programs
Assist the Office Manager with various tasks
Maintain updated MSDS sheets and OSHA safety book
General housekeeping duties
Client Communications
Type correspondence
Mailing correspondence/Packages
Qualifications
Proficient using Microsoft programs including word, excel, and outlook
Excellent phone and customer service skills
Experience using general office equipment
General Clerical Experience
Filing
Faxing
Scanning & Email
Must be experienced in 10 key and typing skills 45 wpm +
Horse experience is desired
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work independently with good organizational skills
