The Project Assistant will assist the Project Manager with the daily activities associated with healthcare construction projects. This position consists of preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, and project close-out. The Project Assistant will need to be competent in common computer applications and software. The Project Assistant will also act as a company representative when dealing with Clients, Subcontractors, Architects, and other project stakeholders. This position requires a person with a team mentality, attention to detail, and who is able to multi-task and work in a professional environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
Prior experience is a plus
Pleasant and confident demeanor when dealing with colleagues and clients
Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English
Efficient and well organized
Proficiency with calendar systems
Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
