Research assistant needed to assist growing investing company. Remote position, internet access and access to Google suite necessary. Training offered. Up to 8-10 hours per week, flexible hours. Pay is based upon results of researching and qualifying 100 properties and screening them down to 3-5 properties using our provided screening tool. The list of 100 properties and its ranking of top 3-5 qualifying properties equals one “research block” worth $75 when submitted to us. This job pays up to $300 per month. Payment upon receipt of research block in the form of a Google Sheets document.
Research can be done online mostly, with some occasional phone calls. This means flexible hours of your choice and productivity is rewarded. If you work more efficiently and can produce the same results in 3 hours as someone else who takes 5 hours, you are still compensated for results. Because of this model, there is no minimum number hours required per week, but most will need to dedicate between 3 and 6 hours to manage the workload. Professionalism in written communication and phone conversation is necessary. This is a perfect job for a student because the hours are flexible, your boss is a past teacher and coach, and you will learn a great deal about real estate investing.
