We use both hands-on engagement and technology-based tools to create meaningful experiences and to track resident participation and outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily activities that nourish the mind, body, and soulFacilitate group programs for 8–20 residentsLead light exercise classes each daySupport individualized, resident-centered engagementUse technology to assist with programming and track resident involvementCreate a warm, supportive, and joyful environment
