Duties include:
Payroll for 50 employees.
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Maintaining employee records
Daily reconciliation
Monthly reporting and projections
We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper but would train the right person to assist our bookkeeper as our bookkeeping needs continue to increase.
The ideal candidate will appreciate working with a locally owned business, be self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to shift between tasks to answer a phone or print a needed check on the fly. We are a fun and busy company.
QuickBooks experience a plus.
