Duties include:
- Greet and welcome service customers in a genuinely friendly and courteous manner.
- Answer all incoming service department telephones calls according to company policies and good telephone etiquette.
- Perform various clerical jobs as assigned by the service manager.
- Assist the service sales staff in contacting customers whose vehicles have been completed.
Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
Must be 18 years of age, have a valid CA license, and clean driving record.

Harper, traveled from Arizona to Eureka with his family in a 1912 Ford Model-T to settle and begin his Ford dealership in downtown Eureka, located approximately 250 miles north of San Francisco. Today, great-grandson Trevor Harper oversees the operation that has been serving the North Coast for over 100 years. The dealership is located between the cities of Eureka and Arcata on Highway 101 along California's scenic north coast.
