The Cashier position supports Dining Services and is located in the Café on the Eureka Campus of the College of the Redwoods. The Dining Services team is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and positive person to join the hospitality department.
Position Summary: Takes orders using a Point of Sale system and provides excellent customer service.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for 4- 8 hours. Ability to lift forty pounds.
Specific Duties Performed:
1. Takes orders and completes money transactions.
2. Presents food to guests.
3. Keeps dining room and buffet area clean and restocked.
4. Does specific daily/weekly cleaning duties.
5. Provides excellent customer service.
6. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
