Ramone's Bakery is looking for a full-time cake decorator for our Eureka Bakery.
Applicants with cake decorating experience in a commercial kitchen will be preferred, but will train the right person.
The perfect candidate will have attention to detail, a creative eye, and artistic presentation.
Responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
- Making cakes for our pastry cases at multiple locations
- Custom order cakes with unique designs (drawings, writing)
- Piping elaborate shapes and patterns
- Delivery and set up of wedding cakes
And for the more experienced applicant:
- Sculpting cakes and working with fondant
- Ability to create wedding cakes and other tiered cakes
Applicant Qualities preferred:
- Meticulous and efficient, without compromising standards
- Artistic and creative
- Able to problem-solve
- Hard-working and eager to advance skills
- Team-oriented, with a positive attitude.
- Punctual and reliable.
