The Ingomar Club, located in the Historic Carson Mansion in Eureka, is seeking applicants for the position of Line Cook. Applicants must be well-skilled, professional, team players with a positive attitude. Hours and days of availability must be flexible. Part-time 25-35 hours per week.
Compensation:
DOE $17-$18/hour plus pooled gratuities. The applicant is subject to a background check and drug screening. Candidate may be eligible for insurance benefits after completing a 90-day period and meeting the minimum average hours worked each week.
Job Description:
Clean, punctual, experienced, and professional needed for Line Cook position at the Ingomar Club. Job duties include working in the kitchen during production and cleanup. Assist the Executive Chef with orders, menus, inventory, as well as, day-to-day operation of the kitchen. Must have passion for food and desire to learn and grow at the Ingomar Club. Willing to follow the Executive Chef’s direction and be available nights and weekends.
