Low & Slow Barbeque is located at the Mad River Brewery, where we serve daily smoked meats as well as other classic American food from our kitchen. We take pride in our high-quality meats, savory sides, and welcoming atmosphere. Low & Slow is a fast paced, hard working kitchen looking for a like minded person to fit our line cook position.

Requirements:
Kitchen experience 1-2 years
Food handlers certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
