Gallagher's Old Town is looking for a part-time to full time evening line cook, including Saturday and Sunday shifts. We are looking for a skilled person with at least 3 years experience in a fast paced environment. You must have knife skills, safe-serve certificate, knowledge of food handling procedures. You must be able to work in a small space, with other individuals, in a fast paced kitchen and be a multi-tasker. We prefer non-smoking and local transportation. Spanish speaking is a plus.
