About Us:
We are a small but impactful rural medical and movement clinic offering integrative care in both conventional and complementary modalities. Our focus is on primary care, palliative care, chronic illness, and whole-person wellness - including a small yoga and movement studio on site. We are known for high-integrity, personalized care, and deep community roots.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a medically literate, highly organized assistant to help manage day-to-day clinic and studio operations. Scheduling, light patient coordination, answering calls/emails
Studio coordination (class sign-ins, space upkeep, simple communication with clients or teachers)
Basic bookkeeping support (receipts, invoicing, reconciling statements)
Office organization and systems creation (you’ll help bring order to complexity!)
You Are:
A medical assistant (MA) or have strong clinical admin experience (required)
Smart, efficient, and meticulous with numbers, paperwork, and digital tools
Comfortable navigating both clinical and wellness environments
Trustworthy, discreet, and able to follow through without needing micromanagement
Emotionally mature with excellent communication skills
Open to growth, feedback, and evolving systems
Able to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and good boundaries
Nice to Have (but not required):
Familiarity with Elation, Epic, or other EHR platforms
Experience with wellness, yoga, or integrative practices
Yoga teacher certification
Ability to gently manage people and physical spaces with calm confidence
Compensation:
Starting at $20/hr, with potential to grow hours and pay as trust and systems are established. We’re looking for someone who can grow with us long-term.
