We have a position with our Redwood Coast PACE program. Our Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for oversight of Redwood Coast PACE Clinic operations, including direct supervision of the Medical Assistants and Phlebotomist. Responsible for oversite of clinic operations, and clinic compliance. Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Nursing or another related healthcare field preferred. Two (2) years of experience working in a clinic or health care setting, and at least (1) year supervision experience required. At least one (1) year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred. Registered Nurses must have a current California Board of Registered Nursing license in good standing. Valid California Driver’s License and personal auto liability insurance required. Must have a personal vehicle in good driving/operating condition, insured for State minimum liability requirements that can be used for the applicable job functions noted above. Current CPR and First Aid certification within six (6) months of hire.
This position is a salary/exempt/full-time position, 40-hours per week, in-person, Monday-Friday.
