Hospice of Humboldt is now accepting applications for a temporary full-time Intake Coordinator.
The Intake Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the process by which patients are admitted to Hospice. This position works closely with the supervising Clinical Manager, Admissions Nurses, the Care Services Coordinator and other Hospice staff to ensure timely, efficient and successful admissions.
This is a temporary position
Minimum Qualifications are as follows:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High orientation to detail and ability to multi-task
- Flexibility and being team-oriented
- Able to serve as a positive representative of the agency and act in a kind and respectful manner at all times
- Proficiency using a computer and various software applications
