We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our harvest team in a bucking and defoliating role. This is an exciting opportunity to be directly involved in the cultivation process, ensuring that our plants are harvested and processed with the utmost quality and care.
What You'll Do:
As a member of our harvest team, you’ll be at the heart of the action, working with a dedicated group of professionals to prepare high-quality cannabis plants. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Precision Trimming & Bucking: Remove water leaves and prepare plants by cutting them into manageable pieces. Use scissors or bucking bins to separate buds from stems, maintaining product integrity.
Handling & Transporting: Safely transport bins of harvested cannabis (approximately 50 yards) from the cultivation site to the processing area.
Quality Control: Follow strict handling protocols to ensure every bud meets our quality standards.
Team Collaboration: Support the team with additional harvest-related tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in cannabis cultivation, harvesting, or similar agricultural roles is a plus, but not required—we’ll train motivated individuals!
Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing top-quality products.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Physical capability to lift and move bins of harvested material.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Commitment to following safety and compliance protocols.
