Licensed Cannabis Business looking for processing leads!
Are you looking to join a fast paced and growing team in the cannabis industry? Do you love meeting quotas, beating your own personal record and being part of a growing industry? We are looking for lead processing technicians in our expanding processing department. You will be a part of growing this department. Your duties will include trimming, running processing machines and preparing final packaging requirements for products ready for market!
Duties:
Follow orders from the processing manager and executive team
Follow all policies and procedures
Follow and maintaining quality control measures
Daily processing of cannabis
Preparing cannabis for processing
Track all material through the system
Preparing final packing
Keep team on track
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
4+ Season Trimming Experience
2+ years Trimming management experience
Able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50+ pounds
Licensed Cannabis Experience
Mechanized trimming experience
Leadership Experience
Understanding of strain variance & finished aesthetics
Experience Identifying pest/mold/mildew
Experience with the Google Sheets, Docs, Etc.
Knowledge of METRC (preferred)
Skills:
Well organized with attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
Good driving record/ commercial driving experience a plus
Heavy machinery experience a plus
Licensed farm network a plus
Be a leader and a a team player
Willingness to work weekends
