RCAA is hiring for multiple Case Worker's for various Adult and Family Services Division Programs. The Case Workers will provide houseless and re-housing supports, holistic case management, client advocacy, life skills education, information and referral services to the program clients. The Case Workers will also assess client needs; implement and monitor appropriate strategies to meet identified needs; maintain case notes and reports as required; provide community outreach and liaison with other local service providers; initiate or assist in community development activities to increase the availability of services to clients. These tasks may vary depending upon the program.
There are Case Worker I and II positions serving our PACT (Parents and Children in Transition) program; they are full-time 40 hours per week.
The ONYX Families program Case Worker I is a part-time, 20 hour per week position.
