Two Feathers is looking for a dynamic, emotionally intelligent leader with youth programming and nonprofit management experience, high alignment with Two Feathers’ strategic vision, and able to operationalize programming. The manager is dedicated to collaboration, attentive to details, and embodies the mission and core values of Two Feathers NAFS.
The Youth Programs Manager manages programming staff and coordinators, and collaborates with other Program Managers and Directors to support impactful youth programming. The Youth Programs Manager will support to design, enhance, implement, monitor, and evaluate youth programming to meet targeted outcomes.
This is a full-time, in-person, exempt position. Will offer relocation assistance for someone to move to the area.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 5+ years of experience developing and managing prevention and/or recreational youth programs, preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience working with BIPOC populations, Native American communities preferred
- Experience: 2+ years experience with grants management, preferred
- Education: Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology, Education, Recreation or other related field.
- Current driver’s license, in good standing.
- Fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice, FBI, and Child Abuse Index
- Must comply with a drug-free workplace
