Responsibilities:
Greet customers.
Answering multi line phone while providing exceptional customer service.
Handling customer needs and/or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
Assist the sales personnel with paperwork needed to complete deals.
General administrative and clerical support.
Data entry, update and manage inventory.
Qualifications:
Basic computer usage knowledge.
