The Service Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers. This includes answering customers’ calls / emails, assessing their and their vehicle’s needs, scheduling appointments, writing work orders, and processing payments. Management of a small team of diesel technicians and coordinating their work in the field. The Service manager is instrumental for the day-to-day flow of work in the shop. Willing to train the right candidate.

Maintain accurate records
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience in the Automotive or trucking industry
Parts counter experience preferred
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong management skills
Ability to use computer software
Shop management software experience preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Shift:
Monday – Friday 8:30 to 4:30
Compensation:
Starting at $20.00-25.00 an hour.
